No I am using yaw (rudder) as the assignment but I also misunderstood the many G940 threads and kept calibrating through the windows control panel. I have found that if I keep doing the full range of motion in AH2 options then it will "take" after a while and all is fine now thanks. This a great piece of gear and I am looking forward to learning how to use it properly.
What v Windows are you running VFCBaxter? I had rudder trouble (spiking while holding steady input) and my right toe brake seemed to be digital input rather than analog. It only went off-on, while the left had the full range of input. I run Win 7 64-bit. I went through 3 940s, all had same problem - did the firmware upgrades, calibrations in AH, Windows, and Logitech's control software, trieed multiple USB ports, a powered USB hub - nothing fixed it. But the rudders seemed to work OK on my Vista laptop. I finally sent it back for a refund, which I am waiting for.
I agree its cool piece of gear and wish it had worked out for me and hope it works out for you. Keep us posted.
