how about exclusive squad skins

i know i know,we have heard it ALL before,well for those of us who dont know EVERYTHING..just a simple idea..have squads be able to have an exclusive skin that they design...within reason...lol

I'm happy with where Hitech has drawn the line sticking with aircraft/vehicle skins that were proven and documented to have served in WW2 active combat.

Same here, I wouldn't want to see squads coming out with their own skins. Besides from what I have read, skinning an aircraft takes tons of time and talent. Big  :salute to the skinners out there.

Elmo is a Muppet. All of the Muppets originally started out on Sesame st. Some hit the big time and moved on to TV and movies, other were happy to stay back in the old neighborhood to teach the kiddies.

I'd like to chip in here with a counter suggestion. The AH squad logo 'template' is kind of small, I'm guessing this is to keep frame rates up. I was wondering if maybe the frame rate issue with the logo has diminished over time with the emergence of faster pc's? If so maybe we could now have a larger logo..... providing the option to reduce graphics quality still stands I don't see a problem with it.

  Not quite true Fugi,remember Ed Sullivan,thats were the muppets first appeared. That was several years before Sesame st.


  Of course you'd have to be as old as dirt to have seen that........... :o

What i'd like to be able to see is the allowance of private squad skins that are HISTORIC and that are not already in the game. take our squad for instance. We have two active 38J skins but our 51 skins wont be in rotation for another 3000 years because of the 51 skin lineup. If we could skin our own P51Bs and Ds and show them to HiTech i wouldnt mind being able to have them as squad only skins that are completely historically accurate.
