Hold off for awhile, some great phones\tablets with Android are on the way next quarter.  First dual core phones have already been announced\leaked.  Also, wait until Gingerbread Android gets released, it will contain features needed for good Tablets.  Just not a good time to be an early adopter, you'll be kicking yourself in a few months when you see what's coming.

I just got the Mesmerize, its pretty sweet.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

How well does it handle pdf's ? reason I am asking it looking at it for travel use and I would be dealing with a lot of reviews (most if not all are in pdf format)

I think TRKL is a very cool app.

We usually take two way radios on trips with groups or even just pulling the travel trailer.

Helps the groups stay together. Helps when backing trailer in at night or into a tight spot.

TRKL means no need for radios and does not use minutes.

There are both paid and free document suites that handle PDF's fine, including powerpoints, excels, etc.
