I think it's screwed in, but i can't tell for sure.

It may not be screwed in Lusche,it could be press fit. It does look like a fairly simple repair,I'd beg, borrow or steal a drill and just drill it out and use a suitable bolt and nut to make a replacement.

Yes,I understand you think your not mechanically inclided but I'd need to see a chart to get an idea to what extent. :devil

   :salute

PS: try the local school, could be a good teaching lesson for a Tech class.

I see more room for Profit in the Broken Pedals portion of your Chart, after futher review the board has decided that the Broken Pedals must reach 1.2 on the Chart we recommend a 5lb Hammer to reach our goal of 1.2  :D

I just got the reply email by Gunter Hofmann from dhs electronic, the manufacturer of Simped

He offered me a repair and compete overhaul.

For free. I just have cover the shipping costs.

For some pedals I bought 5 years ago for ~ 190$ and went through the wear & tear of more than 40,000 sorties and more than 8,000 hours of heavy abuse.  :joystick:

Ain't that freaking cool?  :x

I've had mine since 2001 (coincidentally, when I first tried Aces High!) and they're still A-OK!  :aok  I wonder if that has anything to do with them using magnets and a spring instead of potentiometers?

A++ Would buy again!  (if they'd ever break)

Or have a neighbor who has a drill help you if you're that worried.
I don't think Lusche is allowed in public... Nerds that high on the scale best stay inside when possible...   :bolt:    :t

That is cool.

It's nice too see companies that stand behind their products.  :aok
Now, as soon as I can come up with the money I'm buying a set.  :D
