SEE.. if you guys read the timing on my tread today... you will realise i am in here because i got CAPPED AGAIN!! How many times does hitech wanna disrupt my gameplay in 1 hour? SERIOUSLY WTF!!!
Caps have nothing to do with you getting booted, your having a sucky internet connection does how ever. Get ping plotter and run it to see why your connection sucks.
As Fugitive mentioned, HTC is not booting you from the game. Unless you see an actual message such as "The Arena will Rest in 10 Minutes".. etc, it is your internet connection which is causing the disconnection from the game. Look in the Technical Support forum to get the IP addresses of the servers, download a copy of PingPlotter and run the addresses for at least 10-15 minutes. You can even send the results to HTC and I'm sure they'll be happy to explain what is happening. In the end, you'll likely have to talk with your ISP about your service however.
And as for the caps, and someone "stealing" your spot in the arena, I would suggest you run a search through the BBS under "Arena Caps" posted by either Pyro or HiTech, and read how they really work before coming back and complaining. Nobody "steals" your spot, caps in Orange are directly proportional to the number of people in Blue. If too many leave the Blue arena, the caps in Orange go down, and vise versa.
*Edit* You may want to try resetting your modem (unplug, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in again), this can be a quick fix, but may not address the overall issue with your internet connection.
