OK.  I am in Australia.  It doesn't happen.  It has never happened.  I have a bunch of friends that also play from Australia.  Quick straw poll shows that it doesn't happen to them either.

You have a problem.  Not HTC and not Australia.

Maybe the techtonic plate that Australia rides on moved too far and broke the cable   :lol

Blame the computer? Blame the connection? WRONG. There is nothing wrong with my connection and nothign wrong with my computer. I have been a software engineer for more then 15 years. Instead I will put the blame right where it belongs. THE PROGRAMMER! When you receive unhandled exceptions there is no one else to blame. I've been programming software for the finiancial sector for years and believe me, if my release code had these kind of errors I would have been fired years ago.

Now smart guy, lets hear how I am wrong and how I know nothing. Lets hear your infinite wisdom in an area you know nothing about. You don't get 61,296 posts in your Technical Support forumn because nothing is wrong.

LOL ... I have been a software engineer since 1978 ... your WRONG.

First, programming in the "financial" sector means squat ... at least as far as I am concerned ... I can't figure out how or why programming in the "financial" sector would mean you are far more skilled than people who program in other "sectors" ... programming snobbery ?

Secondly, anything that you may have programmed is not even in the same ballpark as programming a game such as this. I could almost guarantee that you could spend the next 15 years trying to program a game such as this and you wouldn't even come close.

If poor programming was causing an unhandled exception then the problem would most likely be rampant amongst all the people running the same program and Hitech would surely know and here about it. Go to the bug forum and see if there are any more people reporting rampant unhandled exceptions ... I'll bet you won't find one thread. If you are experiencing unhandled exceptions, have you posted it in the Bug Forum ? ... have you sent any of the information to "support" at Hitech Creations ?

I have been playing this game since 2002 and I have never ever gotten an unhandled exception running this game ... nor any other repeatable "crash".

One obscure unhandled exception does not poor programming make.
