Sounds like a kind of seizure, but not the classic "grand mal."
For a generalized seizure, there must be complete loss of consciousness. (That's what make it generalized, it affects the entire brain.) Since you didn't lose consciousness, you didn't have a generalized classic Grand Mal seizure.
However, you did have several things that do sound like seizure. A partial seizure affects a certain area of the brain. It can spread after that, with something called "Jacksonian March" to affect progressively more of your body until it becomes generalized. Doesn't sound like you had that either.
Then there's a type called "partial complex". These can have a wide variety of presentations, and to be honest your symptoms kinda suggest this type. Won't say more than that - of course, over the internet I'd be silly to make a diagnosis, and you'd be silly to believe one!
However, you definitely need to see your doctor to follow up on this. Depending on the medical community where you live, you may end up getting tests ordered by your doctor, or you may get referred to a neurologist. If it were me, I'd be wanting to see CT of the head with and without contrast, and would like to get an EEG (maybe sleep deprived, which increases the likelihood of a positive test.) I'd also make sure they knew this event was triggered while playing video games - would make sense to include "photic stimulation" (flashing lights).
Whether the law requires it or not where you are, I'd consider avoiding driving, climbing, or doing other potentially dangerous activities until you know what's going on.
Good luck!
