I bet this has made you mad before

So I chase buffs, they are at 30k and right before I got in icon range, he bails them all out :furious :furious I chased for 16 minutes and get no kills or even a fight. This is bull crap and Id like to see something changed about this, like no bailing out of bombers or punish them by removing all the bomber perks for doing it.

It shouldn't happen. It'd be nice if a bomber is only allowed to bail with damage.

Nothing is going to prevent them from just Alt + F4ing out.  You can't penalize perks for someone just bailing out of a good bomber, unless you're going to do it for every other plane.  HTC added incentive to the bombers by adding the damage score in the text buffer, and it helped.  So I have to agree...

I'm with Joachim, and it would be easy to program.

When a pilot bails from a bomber that is within icon range the nearest pilot should get proximity kills. If the bomber pilot has no damage, as in the scenario Joachim describes, not only three proximity kills but ding the bomber 1 perk point per bomber.

Risk, reward and incentive.

8k is the kill proxy range.  Now icon range no longer matter and how many of us can judge 8k vs. 10k in 3 pixels? 

But other than that, nothing we can do.... And quite honestly, regardless of distance, it's still a proxy. 

Is there a wish in here? 

Or just a crybaby?  Game has been like this before you were born..... What makes your opinion special?

Do ppl still bomb bases or CV then bail right away?  A year ago, that seemed to be a favorite move with bomber dweebs.

You could fix it by creating random numbers for the proxy range.  So for example instead of it always being 3000yds, it could range anywhere from 2500-4500yds-ish so tards like this can't just bail at the right moment.
