that looks lik a fantastic christmas gift. . . no one in my family appriciates my talent for getting shot at. . . not one.

Model is now in several pieces, most of which are bent or torn  :cry Ah well, that's why they make glue I guess. This is a slow flyer, I'm normally into the heavier faster stuff, a gust of wind took over and hung it high in a tree. If I'd had more experience with these it would have stayed on the ground until dusk. Several badly aimed sticks later and down she came, I'd expected the thing to float down but no, nosedive and faceplant just as it reached Vne. Reminded me of my exploits in the WW1 arena, which regularly involve trees and faceplants. Now if it had been a Dr1 it would have floated up out of the tree, shot down 3 Camels and landed unharmed at my feet :rofl
