Hmm I installed em and didnt notice one bit of difference in framerate. Was a bit dissapointed as it took 5 tries to download the stupid thing, nvidia doesnt support resume downloading...Why in heck not is beyond me.

I've gone from 7.17 to 6.50 wich perhaps explain why I've seen an frame rate improvement.

Anyone figured out how to enable vsync in D3D mode with these drivers?  Surely you guys are not running with vsync disabled.

Call me chicken but I thought i have heard here some of the newer drivers can hose SGE for the satantek x36.  I am so used to total hotass set up that I forgotten the keyboard commands for this game.  If any one is using DX7.0A with X36 saitek please let me know your results...

Anyone tried them with Diamond cards?

V770 TNT2 here, 6.50 drivers and DX 8.0a, IMO visual quality has dropped and FPS is slightly up.

I would stick with the 6.31 version.

Jihad, check the Mipmap setting in the D3D settings.  It defaults to "Best".  Change it to "High image quality" and the video image looks much better, without any perceptible decrease in performance.

Skuzzy, what does 'V-Sync off' do?

FYI: I didn't notice any difference with quality but picked up 3 FRS with the new drivers (Creative Labs TNT2)
