Are all those planes there in flying condition?

sten? you mean bren?

cuz sten is kinda small for a mount but stens are cool because you can turn them into stormtrooper blasters
(Image removed from quote.)

Star wars blaster is actually modelled from a British Sterling 9mm

IIRC they used 9mm Browning Hi-Power Magazines in them for the films.

The Bren on the other hand was originally .303, but I learned it in it's 7.62 nato incarnation

Fearsomely accurate with a skilled team, and way better than the 5.56 L86 that replaced it

Either way don't remember them fitting STen or Bren to a Ferret. One's that I had any time in were fitted with .30 cal brownings and or 7.62 gpmg's

I'd give my third ball for some stick time in that bird.

I recently went up north and took my daughter to the Grand Canyon. On our way back, I found an Air Museum out in the middle of nowhere. It was a very interesting place. My only dislike was the fact that they did not have too many signs identifying what each aircraft was and the history behind it.. I thought that I would share these photos with the Aces High community...

My future son in law didn't understand what my fascination is with WWII aviation and history. He and my daughter didn't really want to stop there, but since I was driving they had no choice. They actually found that history is really interesting and they enjoyed being there to see a few of the aircraft that made history..

I still do not know what this is.. My Future Son in Law doesnt either.

It was a cool place to visit.. So if your ever visiting the Grand Canyon stop by the Planes Of Fame Museum...

I found it a few weeks ago, it's a nice plane.

Thanks for the pics, I did not have a camera with me.

Did you get a chance to check out the constellation and the Mig-15? Constellation is in front and the Mig-15 is behind the museum with a few other jets.

Weather permitting I'm going to the McMinnville aviation and space museum tomorrow.

I'll post some pictures
