Hey folks after talkin to a few folks it seems wed the 15th sounds best for this! 9 pm eastern in the DA.
We will use one of the 6K bases ie. 11-12 for the fight, this will give both sides a little alt to work with.
even if you are late please show up if you can, I'm sure we can get you in!
This will be a duel of 3
1st will be 38G vs P47D11 or P47D25
2nd will be P38J or P38L vs P47D40, N, M
3rd will be any 38 vs any JUG
Afterwards informal 1v1s "a kind of free for all" where no-one jumps in your fight are good fun if anyone chooses to stay.
These are good matchups and should play out well. I realize we may have a large difference in #s participating so it may require a few folks to sit out a match or 2. hopefully we have good turn-out and most of us can fly.
Rules are simple:
1. NO 1st merge HO
2. 5K merge, icon vis do what ya want
3. If for what ever reason you extend beyond icon do NOT re-enter fight above 5K, hope this is not an issue!
In the DA the "high angle" front quarter is frowned upon, I realize this is considered a HO by many but it is also a reality in the heat of the fight and is impossible to manage, so IF this happens to you please keep comments to yourself "it happens". Personaly I will not take this shot but I realize it will happen! lets keep it fun and leave egos at the door!
Most of the good 38 drivers are hi quality flyers and good peeps.
Fellow JUGgies don't get frustrated I expect us to get mauled but I'm sure we will have a few suprises of our own
