Looks edited, but that makes me wonder what the original video was of then. Watching the reaction of the kid, looks like the original had hit the kid on the hand or side of the body and not her head, note the ball the kid was carrying went one way while the body ended up in the opposite direction. I think the editing occured form when the wild ball left the nupty's hand until the kid came to rest on the floor, including the kid's fall to the ground was edited.
