Hitech and skins : voting?

Hitech, have you ever considered running a vote every two months or so on aircraft skins?

What I'm trying to get at is, every other month, select 15 skins that are due to be "rotated" into the game for all the currently over-stocked
skins that we have now, while every now and again throwing in some of the "classics" that people seem to like.

Just an idea I had for the skin "problem".

Voting usually only has 1 option... Selecting "top 15" out of ~30 selections is far more involved and requires too much effort to poll thousands of players. Not to mention the names without some sort of screenshot to refresh memories are useless.

Without an extensive and time-consuming matrix of some sort, there's no way to pick "best 15" our of any number greater than "15"....

I still say Fencers idea was the best solution to the current system we have with skins.

Wouldn't rotating skins actually require a patch or a new version?

As I understand it, changing skins is a PITA.  As difficult, if not more, than just adding a new skin.
