All you

have felt it, but I got my first taste this afternoon in French Class. There's this game, of which the name escapes me, in which you attempt to accrue 1,000 kilometers before anyone else does. Here are the card types:
Roll: You may place
one mileage card
Stop: You may stop any player with a roll card
Accident, Out of Fuel, Flat Tire: Same effect as stop, but require different fixes (Repairs, Gasoline and Spare Tire, respectively), these are to be given to other players to hinder them
Speed Limit: Prevents a mileage card worth more than 50 kilometers from being played by the affected player, and can be removed by its own special fix
Mileage Card: Gives you kilometers in increments of either 25, 50, 75, 100 or 200 kilometers
Thus, one would be inclined to attempt to stop everyone else's movement. This creates a log jam, and luckily I was the only one laughing at the table- everyone else was furious. I now understand why people scream obscenities at other motorists.
