A couple things: ECC code memory is not actually enabled on kt133 chipsets. You also get a performance decrease using it. You would be MUCH better off buying a stick of Crucial PC 133 CAS 2 ram. (Mushkin is good but expensive too.)
As for harddrive, well there is no alternative to the IBM 75GXP drives.

I have the 45 Gig one myself.
One last thing, get the kt7a board so you have support for the new athlons at 266 Fsb in the future. (Edit: Guess you decided the same thing, didn't see the 'a'.
