I feel for ya bud. I have a Bicardial Arrythmea. The first thump in the heartbeat is perfect but the second one goes off, 8 to 10 beats for every one of the first. I was a pro motorcycle roadracer for many years, then at 50 years old (4 years ago) I had a bad crash that severed my little finger. While they were preparing me for transport, because I was 50 it was standard practice to hook me up to a heart machine. I remember very clearly the medic attending me yelling at the driver "Step on it man, they should have called a helicopter for this guy, I'm losing him". My racing license was subsequently pulled and I had to retire, finally, I was planning on racing forever, hell, I had won a race the year before!
Now I must avoid all vices and avoid stress or I get trasient moments, 10 or 20 seconds long. Yes, I get so immursed in our wonderful world of Aces high that it does happen while playing. I just hit auto pilot, sit back and let it pass. Don't tell my wife.
What I have is far from being a heart attack so you need to pay attention and follow your doctors orders. Don't tell him about Aces High
