I'm not.. I'm just saying that I don't like seeing dead corpses of ANY animal - especially one that has been shot and is bleeding everywhere.  I don't care if it was hunted or not, I just don't feel that it has a place here.

Then dont post and go on about your business. If Flench wants to share what he accomplished with fellow hunters then let him. Sorry if it upset ONE person when it puts a smile on many many more peoples faces. What if I posted in the screenshots thread saying "I dont want to see damaged planes, it upsets me." That would sound silly, as they are pics from our hobby. These are pics from HIS hobby. Sorry if I sound a little blunt, but it irritates me. If you didnt like what is in the thread then kindly use the exit.

You should probably steer clear of threads that have HUNT, and 270 Rifle in the title then.   :lol

First off, I do appreciate the fact that it says "deer hunter's" in the title.  I could point out that the use of the apostrophe is not proper grammar, as with many of Flench's other improper uses of apostrophes in this thread, but I'll just leave that be.  However there are often many threads here that simply state something like "Hey look at this!" and upon clicking on it you see a dead bloody corpse.

Secondly, I doubt many people aside from hunting or gun enthusiasts would even know what the "270" in the title is even referring to so that isn't even a valid point.

Thirdly, NO WHERE in the thread title does it state "Gun" or "Rifle" or anything else of the sort.

Now I'm not one of those people that are against hunting, or eating meat, or anything like that.  I too enjoy a good steak, a bacon cheeseburger, and even have had (and enjoy) venison from time to time in the past.  If you like to hunt then by all means, go and do so.  My issue is with posting these pictures on boards that have nothing to do with hunting.

Personally, I am not impressed with these kinds of pictures.  Perhaps if the animal was cleaned up I wouldn't have such a problem with it, but really.. posting pictures with guts almost hanging out and puddles of blood everywhere?  How is that even the slightest bit... impressive?  Does it make it look more dramatic?  I once had an old pickup when a 'hitch shelf' with two deer on it that were just bleeding profusely.  There was a light mist on the road and that bloody water kept getting sprayed up on my windshield.  Absolutely disgusting.

My point in bringing up a dog was not to endorse shooting or hunting dogs.. not at all.  I was just pointing out that if you were to post a bloody corpse of a deer, and then someone else were to post a bloody corpse of a dog... well which one do YOU think would get deleted?  And just why is that?  Because we don't eat dogs?  But they are both still bloody corpses, right?  You wouldn't want to see a dead and bloody dog on here, so why would *I* want to see a dead deer?

It really surprises me that more people don't speak out about pictures like this.  I guess in their mind it's all OK because we eat deer.  It's 'accepted' because hunting is a big industry in this country and a big hobby for a lot of people.  Well whatever.. I just personally don't care to see these pictures and I personally don't understand the need to SHARE these pictures.  I also have a strong feeling there are many others out there that think the same thing, but don't have the gonads to say anything about it.

If pictures of fat women can be banned for being "Generally Offensive" then I don't see why this should get a pass...

You better not watch any of my FPV R/C model airplane video's then because all my video are in a raw form . I do not chop them all up to make them look good . What you see is what you get just like it went down .

like i said.....you play a game the simulates the killing of HUMAN BEINGS!!!   when u get a pilot wound, there is BLOOD all over the windscreen!   why doesn't this offend you?   and as far as Flenches grammar goes, you have obviously gotten the gist of the thread, or you wouldn't be sniveling here about it.    do us all a favor; shut up and move on to another thread.    thank you, buddy  :aok

Funny How some will eat the meat provided at our Grocery stores and then proceed to be offended from the reality of where it comes from. You think that a deer or elk dead on the boards is offensive then visit a slaughter house for cattle. What a hypocrite. You contribute to the daily slaughter of Cattle in Horrible conditions and judge those that work very hard to feed their family's. You are clueless about the culture and probably subscribe to the stereotypes found in our tree hugging animal rights minority.
