It's a good idea Lulu, but I don't have a spare joystick (although I do need a new one sometime).  If I had the money to spend to make a make-shift rudder set I'd likely just get a real set, but a whole other set of pedals would be more pain than it's worth (would require un-wiring the current pedals to move them over and over).

AFAIK, the game "sees" any and all controllers you have plugged in.  You are limited by the number of ports you have I suppose.

One more thought.  What are you doing with the wheel that I assume you have with the pedals?

Could you make it into a rudder control?

Yea I have enough ports but not enough foot space to use 2 sets of pedals (hence the moving them over and over).

The wheel is mounted right in front of me as shown:



And this is why only 1 set of pedals is really possible:




Not real sure how I could make the wheel be rudder without doing some soft of modding that I won't risk with so much money on the line.  Some nice idea, and I thank you all for that, but alas my wish still stands for ease of use. :)
Assuming of course it's not too hard to code in.
