Sukov and KN have gotten me hooked on the Ta-152. The wingover is deadly if performed correctly, and the acceleration is a nice change of pace from the zeke. It also does the snap-roll very effectively.
Landing is overrated.

How the heck do you fly that pterodactyl?  I've not had much luck with it except as a bomber killer.

I've found that any attempt at pure pursuit is going to get you killed, 9/10 times. Lag pursuit is key and then whenever you go in for the kill, you need to lead a great deal. this is when you use the 30mm, though. I try to shoot with 20mm only, at least until I get in close enough for taters.

The wingover, snap-roll and yo-yo are the only maneuvers I'm almost always comfortable with attempting.
Landing is overrated.

F-8, it has my favourite skin. But the a-5 and the 152 are much more fun to fly.

152 all day. One of the most fun planes to fly in this game.

another question realated to the Fw-190, How does the F8 ( Ground attack model) compair with other dedicated air to ground platforms in AH ie. P-47, Typhoon, B25c/h, and the F4U-1D?

in a ground attack role, the b25c beats all of them.

b25c with 10x50cal strafer option and 6 500lbers or 3 1000lbers. plus it can stay longer on target than all those other planes.

I believe he was asking only about single-engined single-seat craft. At any rate, your B-25 has a considerably lower top speed, far inferior acceleration, all while presenting a significantly larger target relative to the models he mentioned.  :aok

true, but it  can take ground fire better, carry a larger payload, carry more guns, more ammunition, longer range, stay on target longer, has 2 engines, more ways to protect itself, and can come with drones. therefore i believe it wins  :aok

The 190A-5 with the two 20mm gun pack. I like the 152 but can't hit anything in it but I did shoot down 3 bombers in one pass once in it.

I forgot to list another reason I like the A-5 the WGr-21 rockets it can carry are great for attacking bombers an make up for the lack of 30mm cannon that some other 190s have  :)

Ta-152...is that cheating?  because of ammo load and turn at high speeds.  :old: If that one doesn't count then the F-8 because I love those little rockets.  :airplane:

Got sick of some HO-ing hog pilot so I upped an A8 on him.  He tried it again and paid for it.  Twice. :)
