skins download bug and squad logo bug

Two issues here.  One, the squad logo appears over the graphic on the fuselage.  Second is the issue with the size of the logo varying from plane to plane.  Compare the Jug pic to the Yak below.  Notice the size of the pilots are roughly the same but the logo on the Yak is definitely bigger.
