if you were in htc's position?

 seriously. everyone complains, then a good idea is presented, ht floats it, it gets positive feedback, then suddenly, there's threads complaining about it. none of these threads offers any decent suggestions to correct the perceived problem.
 
 so, as the title suggests........what would you do to/with this game if you were in the hot seat?

I would do what he is already doing, only half listen to the whines; act on any good ideas that the community seems to like (at least in the begining of those ideas).  The problem with providing this kind of support for your game is that everyone will have their own idea of how to improve it and will whine about it until they get what they want.  Act on the good ideas, ignore the bad ideas/whining, and keep working to improve a creation that is obviously loved by its creator.

I'm just glad that Hi Tech creations isn't like other game studios "well we just released our newest product, now lets support it for 6 months or 3 updates/patches (which ever comes first) then move on to our next generic shooter title!"

The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.

I would go full bore on aircraft & vehicle development. No stone would be left unturned.  

Once this is complete, or nearly complete I would focus on game play and effects.

I'd suspend all new aircraft and vehicle development, but sort out the remaining bugs, and put all effort into creating a bunch of new terrains to freshen up gameplay/experience. including creating desert and winter versions of the maps we already have.

Make it so that u can not go strait for more then 30seconds with an enemy 1k in front behind and sides. :lol not really, I'd upgrade 190's turn radius
