I don't like the kid golfer but he isn't doing anything unsafe he is actually being sacred because he is buying low quality guns that aren't powerful or accurate I used to go out and have fun in the woods with my airsoft guns when I was a bit younger we would wear saftey glasses and have battles for hours it is all good fun and doesn't support bad habits when handling real firearms

I think golfer is refering to the pictures of him holding the gun with his finger on the trigger when he is in a situation that gives him no reason to have his finger on the trigger. Basic firearm safety - finger off trigger until ready to fire, it doesn't matter what it shoots. Embarrassing story - I have a old gun shot scar on my upper leg because I didn't use this basic rule, the bullet caused slight damage to the nerve cluster as it passed though my leg (at least thats what the doc said), and now I live with occasional pain because of it. I was very lucky for being so very unlucky/stupid.  All that said, I have an airsoft tommy gun that is great for scaring the neghborhood dogs out of my front lawn. :)
The real problem is anyone should feel like they can come to this forum and make a wish without being treated in a derogatory manner.  The only discussion should be centered around whether it would work, or how it would work and so on always in a respectful manner.

Crap now that you mention it i forgot that rule, but those pictures of me with my finger on the trigger were the day after Christmas. Just saying i know it doesn't justify anything but the clip was empty, battery not in the gun, Safety and pointed at the floor. Plus my low cap clips don't work at all.

I'm sorry, I dont get it. if its based on an honor system why not run around the woods with cap guns? (like I did as a kid). Why would you spend a bunch of money on something that doesnt give you any feedback as to whether or not you actually hit something. I must be missing something here.
Cause you feel the bb's hit you, just because you aim at someone and shoot doesn't mean that you hit them.

I've fired real fire arms, carried them around and stuff like that. I don't put my finger next to the trigger until I'm ready to shoot. And even kinda had to make sure it was ok to shoot a seconds time. And um these are not low quality guns. My Dragon was 250 bucks, my 1911 was $105, and the other was $160! Low quality my butt dude  :rofl :rofl :rofl

Like Motherland said, paintball without paint. I used to play quite a bit, but now that I'm old enough, I'm discovering a real gun is only a little more expensive than Air Soft (In some cases, cheaper) so I've moved on to that.

+1

i'll just go down to the local range and pay $50 for a belt of ammo and trigger time on the .50 cal M2 :D

Already made kids bleed at the new air soft battlefield down the street. My assault rifle really knows how to scare people, just the sound is terrifying much less the fact of being hammered down by it :D

Got shot by one of them.  They are not to bad compare to others.  The worst i got it was a team member pepper me with his maddog, 10 ft away.  We counted +40 welts on me.  SOB did that hurt!
