Can anyone who has one of these do me a big favor and measure it? I'm trying to see if it will fit in my simpit before I buy it. I'm looking for the dimensions without the clamp-thingie on the back. It looks like from the internet that you can remove that entire clamp assembly, but if that's not true, please let me know.
Also, does it have any mounting holes pre-drilled (if you aren't using the clamps)? I'm having trouble with the velcro I used being too strong, when I want to detach the stick/throttle, the velcro tends to peel off the simpit before it will separate. I'm thinking I should probably screw the things down.
