For all you amateur photographers out there, post the photos that YOU TAKE of nature, aircraft, anything fun that is appropriate. Here are some that I have taken so far with my new Rebel XS.

Yeah, still haven't gotten depth quite down, yet. The snow photo (Evergreen) was very difficult as I was having to constantly change the lighting, zoom, and exposure time all the same time trying to keep the camera dry... I was standing in the middle of the road. No cars, though, the people areound here are a bit smarter than that.  ;)

A few of my favorites:

Taken with several different cameras, lenses and films (or not).

Thousands more where those came from.

All the credit goes to my daughter. Although I am obviously biased, I think she has great talent. Some great photos above as well.

Emma.  A year and a half old Boxer/Golden Lab mix.  She's a rescue dog that spent her first 6 months at the shelter.
And yes, she is spoiled.

Rose of Sharon.  Summer 2010.

Rockford, Michigan.  September 2010.

Sunset over the Dunes.  Silver Lake, Michigan.  August 2009.

For most people the sky is the limit.  For a pilot the sky is home.
