Well done.  I can run the dynamic shadows, but I don't like their appearance without smoothing, and then the smoothing drops my frame-rate from 60 to 40'ish.  There were a few places there where the shadows made some strange patterns.

Nicely done!  I just downloaded fraps myself, but am having issues with setting up shots in the film viewer.  Any advice?

Yeah I got the same problem.

Yeah I got the same problem.

Record your playback at half time, then double the playback speed in your movie maker software.  FPS problem gone.   :aok

It's not just in the playback, it's in the game itself.

I think I just should have gotten myself a better video card.

Well, in the shots area, there is a really good sticky post in Films and Screenshots, it includes films on how to use every component of the AH2 Shots system and Film Viewer. Go check it out. Its how I learnt to do the things that Niros (my AH2 god) does.

I don't think that was real gameplay- he was doing it as a fun production with his friends.

Turn off the shadows when flying, turn them on again just before you exit the game and they will be turned on in the film viewer and then film at half rate.
