Bushes that aren't Indestructable
« on: January 16, 2011, 09:58:22 PM »
I think we are overdue for bushes to be made more realistic..as it is now a bush can flip a 30 ton tank.

Would it be hard to make them realistic?...

Also would it be possible to make tree TRunKs indestructible but make the leaves able to be fired through?

The ground game is fun for alot of people and I think this small change would make it even better without much work.

First day the Panthers came out, I was driving and aiming at the same time. I shot and then hit a bush and the next thing I know, I'm upside-down. Needless to say, people didn't want to drive supps out. Lost 25+ perks.  :cry

I would like this. +1

I understand why this occurs. So if it cannot be completely fixed, then how about a compromise of stopping dead still instead of the spiral gyral spin and flip of a heavy armored vehicle when contacting a bush.  +1 Gazillion to some sort of fix. :aok

kind of cheesy when town acks are firing through 3 different hedges pinging the crap out of you and when you return fire your big HE round doesn't pass through  :(

Would be nice to just drive through the hedge +1

Any real-life tankers out there?

Is it standard practice to drive through trees?

Fire rounds through trees?

I get the "shoot the tree until it's gone" scenario, but either way rounds are hitting the tree.

Is it standard for a boxwood to stop a machine weighing a few tons?
