 While I am currently text muted I have to say I was openly laughing as a few peeps last night were once again complaining about F3. I too agree it is "gamey" and "silly" but I have to say I am 99.99999999999999% positive I know "how and where" these peeps were getting the F3 enema!  
 For me the faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar more silly aspect of this argument is the "horde cherry" playing style of many! The il2 is such a ponderous plane to fly, slow, turns like a Ford F350 and generally sucks as a fighter that it should be quite easy to avoid the il2 + F3 marriage by changing your style.

#1- If you are there to take the base then drop ALL hangars and take the damn thing!
#2- If you are there to furball, then back off the base and stop the "cherry horde"   Give your opponents a reasonable chance   If the fight is further away, "no-one" will take an il2 it is just too slow.
#3- If you are there to "improve your fighter score" the "EASY" way then DEAL with the il2+f3 enemas cause your style is far more gamey than a "peice of crap" plane with "external perspective"  


I fly against the horde constantly, for all chess pieces. I must say that most peeps and I mean MOST who frequent the "chery horde" never defend against the "cherry horde"


Improved play is about the "style" of play!

If your style is lame then you deserve lame treatment!

I'm starting to view shooting at low IL2's the same way as Nit b17's when 999000 is on , but Jug is right, if you're shooting at one of those things, it's probably less than 5 miles from his base. (wondered why ya weren't talkin much last night)

I Have been doing the same thing Jug once i figured it was the 23mm and not the 37mm i was making atleast 4-5 kills a sortie in the IL2. I now found a use for the IL2!!!

Really? I bet lilmak and I left the parts of probably 25-30 JUGS on the ground EACH last night starting at A18. Your HORDE was EPIC in size and tenasity. Even though it was clear neither one of us was gonna be aloud to have even a 2 v 1 against your nit gangsters we continued to give it the "ol college" try!

Having been piled on by you and many others all night I am quite suprised you got pithy with my 1st kill on you of the night! I do not understand your stance on this. You all knew who were in the JUGS yet not one of you would back off, all gorged yourselves on the JUG cherry buffet, then the 1st time you get wacked you cry "hypocracy", please explain?
Lilmak and I improved many a score last night, I would think if anything was to be said it should be  THANK YOU

My point was simple.  You, rightfully so, espouse yourself to be a virtuous 1 v 1 kinda guy that despises the horde/basetaking/gang-o-plenty/89 on 1 style of gameplay.  Last night you had an opportunity to allow Mak and I to finish the fight before you hammered me on two occasions.  The first occasion Mak responded that you said it was payback...ok...I get that for whatever reason...that you have been low and slow on the deck and I have hammered on you a few times...cool.  The second time couldnt possibly be more of the same right?  I'm asking an honest question.  You had the choice to let he and I finish it and you didn't...twice.  You still would have had me 1 v 1 if I got him...right?  So, I simply mentioned that it didn't appear that your writing matched your actions.  If that was a one time deal...ok.  I was no more pithy than I have seen you get on 200 when you get smacked around...   After all, I got you once and I picked Mak zippo...so Changeup's crappy score got no better even if the two of you were trying to help me out! DOH!

I am certain that you know I have no love of the gango-firehose-highpressure-basewashout...but you can't take a base 1 v 1 and sometimes the folks I fly with pick a base to take or start a fight or just harass for the simple pleasures.  You, like me, decide to up there and fight it out to defend it.  If you choose to do that...you have to agree it isn't exactly brilliant to up there.  So, when you make a decision to up at a base that is getting crap-hammered, you can't really complain that you have become the anvil.  There is no possible way that I would know its you to not shoot you down...if the randomness of finding you low and slow on the deck somehow causes me to get into your "book"...ok I guess, lol.  I would hope that you know better...its random.  And I know you know I haven't had any issues going somewhere that we thought it wasn't going to be busy to horse around 1 v 1ing either. BUT, when you are 2 v 1 and one of the two pilots is a guy you KNOW has said, "I hate the horde, let us up or you get in my book of tard" and that guy flames you twice when you are working the other guy AND there is NO horde...pithiness may sqeeeeeeeze out just a smidge.  I am not saying your hypocrisy knows no bounds...I was surprised is all.

As for not letting you guys up?  You can ask some of the folks that you killed...we knew it was you guys after a few sorties.  I think I got you once...and it was at the very beginning of the whole fight...and there were plenty of you guys there...it was a horde on both sides.  In fact, if memory serves, both sides just kinda quit at the same time...what was left was you, me, LilMak and Reaper.  When I see a JUG floating around on the deck like a really huge, retarded ballerina, I leave it alone generally BECAUSE its probably you.  Besides, by the time I get there, you have already attracted what appears to be a pack of dogs trying hump the only dog in heat in the state the size of Texas...they come from near and far.

I espouse nothing and have said this kind of activity is required for my maximimum enjoyment. My only point in responding to you was "after an entire night of being the mole in the AH whac-a-mole game" Of which you were on the whacking side all night, I was quite suprised you would call me out on this? If memory serves the 1st time I got you was right after I killed arnishis B&Zing zeke. the 2nd was after I finished off bat21 (who was still trying to shoot anything in that 1/2 winged brew)   both times you were the lone holdover. I don't hold myself "above board" but, I do try to get those with whom I believe to be "good sticks" to give up certain types of play, in the end it's your $15.00 and I have no say in what you do! It is also my $15.00

I have been spoiled by fighting the 80th, muppets, Dedalos, raider and many many others so much that I hope to find the same respect in all "good sticks" If any of these folks knows I'm in the area they will most likely let me finish the fight, "they will gladly scoop me off the deck" if I win which is fine with me. I will also give them the same opportunity to finish.

1v1 is not what I am after, When I enter a fight, be it 1v1, 2v1 or 10 v 1 I am signing up to see it to the end. For me it is the pickers that come in AFTER the fight is fully vested that are playing silly. I hold no ill will toward you and you have not made the book yet "actually there is only one in the book "Midway" and only cause he HOs cheap  

Whether you think my killing of you was hypocracy or not means nothing, it's the fact that you have challenged what I thought was an "unspoken" respect tween us over this action that I believe to be uncalled for!
