I will not be paying. At least, not until they fix balance issues and the ridiculous detection system. Things like the T-54 and the IS-4, as well as "magic forests" full of "noseeums".

i agree with the detection system and balancing, my first match ever, i was in the first little american light tank you get, and i pretty much ran into two tigers 2's. needless to say i didnt last past the first shot.

the blinking in and out of the tanks is just to much for me to even want to pay for the game, its a fun game but it still has issues, theres been times when i see trees falling down in front of me and nothing else, only to be 1 shot killed by a Tank that appears right next to me

the reguler game will be free, its just that  if you want gold you have to pay $$$. you can still fire in a direction you think a tank is at and still hit it, wether its "spotted" or not. the way i think it should be is like AH, where you can see the tanks nomatter what range, but the commander would determine the range of your friend or foe marker. (being able to tell if said tank you see is a friend, or foe. and what type it is)

So when it goes live your not gonna get any gold unless you pay for it?

And have they said how much you have to pay to get the gold?

World of Tanks was fun....but it's over easy to get burnt out on. I played BETA for about a month and tried to hang in there but I couldn't do it anymore.....once you got a tank killer it got boring and if your team had a ton of artillery it was over easy....bleh

Not re-signing.

I'm still active over there, slowly accumulating a few like minded souls in a loose group like Wrag, Sundiver, Spinnich, Xcelsior, along with several squad mates from the 332nd.

I'm sure I'll still be playing after it goes live, but I doubt I'll be buying much gold.

Waiting for one to see how their whole "clan wars" idea pans out.

I have a long list of improvements I'd like to see, including but not limited to:
Bigger platoons (3 is just not enough)
Bigger Maps
Company battles limited to tier slots. So that you wouldn't have 15 tier 4-5 going up against 9 tier 10's that the lower tier tanks can't hurt. So you could have a tier 4,5,6 company that would go up against another 4,5,6 company not a 9,10 company.
