first off I want to say awesome game im a dedacated customer of yours and will always be. A topic in the Oclub touches on serious issues, but I cant get into it, can we have a "Oclub" just for religious and political topics? If it was just for those topics then those visiting it would know what to expect, many people I feel would go there, I thinkthese issues are very important and we could use a place to discuss them.

I dont see why this is a bad idea I for one think it would be interesting to discuss my stance on politics and religon with others in the community

It only leads to division and hatred among the community, that's why a lot/most boards ban political discussion if it's not the the original point of the board.
The O'Club was pretty much all political trolling by the time political discussion was banned, to the point where it drowned out other discussion.
In any case, past the first two or three times something's discussed, it just turns into mudslinging and ad hominem without any meaningful discussion.

Ink, I know your not a fan of the place but Nuke set up FW just for that reason. It's the internet and if someone gets your goat there just let it be water off a ducks back or "Lob some vitriol back" a lot of your squaddies visit the place and its also very good for a laugh.

motherland~if it was just for that, religion, politics, then that would be for those who want to discuss that and like any of the other area on the BBS if someone got insultive they will be banned or whatever,  I think pretty highly of a lot of guys here(even the ones that aggravate me:-) and I know we could have some good convo's.  FW is just that, not my cup of tea....Im not gonna say anything bad about FW's.    I truly enjoy this game very much and this board, its like a bar or resturant were you go hangout with friends,  I dont know.....I think it would be a good thing, think of any topic it almost always can lead to religon/politics so if there was a thread that went in that direction it could be carried over to the "R/P" area.
