It's a bit funny seeing some of the replies. You can read into them that they are trying to help Dred get settled in, or work out some problem or kill off some frustration. It's sad that we don't have a history page. One of the lead stories would be about this guy that use to fly around in a SpitV that EVERYONE had trouble landing hits on never mind shooting down  :D

You cant be talking about me. I dont ever recall flying a spit5 let alone spend any kind of time in one.

Gotta say though. Im finding some of the suggestions interesting.
Carry on. We have a few days to go yet.

Anyone wanna volunteer to do the tally so nobody can say I cheated? LOL

I would tally, but I'd give the zeke one more point than anything else  :devil

Seriously though, zeke.

seriously..... pick either of the P40s or the C202... although I think you would find the C202 to be too much fun  :D

The E is actually a pretty competitive plane in a furball. The turn rate isn't bad, and climb rate is still decent. Not to mention twice the cannon armament of later 109 models.

I dont know why you find spits beneath you....they are great planes, beautiful lines, very good all around plane....I just dont understand why so many think there are such things as "dweeb planes"  there are NO dweeb planes period. Just dweeb pilots.   as far as the plane you should fly the Hurri2D     those 40's are sick just not many ;-)
