I'll recommend you fly the Mossie MkVI. IMHO it's a very underutilized plane in the arena and
it would give you a bit of distinction, and who doesn't like deh stink?
It's got very nice speed, a tremendous amount of cannon and MGs and does a pretty decent
snap roll if you're latched onto a hard turning enemy.
A couple of tips (take 'em for what they're worth as I'm a mediocre stick at best.)
Never take off with more than 50 percent fuel. If you need more range, just
use DTs. (50 will give you about 30 mins duration.)
Burn off the outer (LO and RO) tanks first; it'll roll a lot better.
Fire off all except about 900 of the .303s, if not all. It'll save you about 300 pounds
of weight in the nose. (Your hit percentage score suffers, but who cares?)
Adjust the forward view so you can see over the nose, you'll lose sight of your
gunsight, but you can, prior to adjusting the view, place the tip of your mouse
on the center of the gunsight and press "H" to lock it in place. This will then
become your "new" gunsight.
Never fly it past 440 IAS; you'll start rippin' parts off the wings.
