Now, what exactly was being said again.  All I can read is "See Rule #." 

I don't see anything wrong with the wish, and I would still like to know why some bombers have the option to not carry ord, as well.

I'd assume Hitech didn't do this as, historically, the Stuka was designed to be a dive-bomber, not a dive-bomb-and-then-fighter.
Other than that, It's a good wish! I'd like to have the option to not carry ords on *all* aircraft, with exception of course the
heavy bomber aircraft IE: B17, B-29, etc.
