Squelch GV/AC/All radio transmissions

It would be great to be able to squelch all GV within range when in a aircraft (and visa versa).
Sometimes the mix and amount of AC and GV radio chatter makes communications impossible.
Maybe assign a key for toggling this(like icons)? All Vox, GV only, AC only, No Vox.

It wouldn't be so bad (and actually adds to the atmosphere of the game) if they'd just stick to relevant chatter about the battle, instead of the insipid blather about their friend's brother's uncle's new exhaust on his hotrod or what adult beverage best goes with the smell of kerosene.

I personally wouldn't use this because I like to hear what's happening above me while on the ground and vice versa. But, I still give it a +1 because it seems a nice feature for those who would use it.

Agreed.  With that said, while not using it or being tuned in you also cannot give check six calls as well.  That is a form of communication.  So a gv not tuned in to air comms could not check six a friendly unless he is tuned in to do so.

If you're in a plane, highly unlikely any gv chatter is gonna be relavent to what you got going on, esp if you're defensive. There sue are times when I'm at loose ends, and try to spot for them, but more often than not, I'd like the opportunity to squelch them, as well as not see their icons, as it makes it difficult to see friendly planes

It's the only time I'd use it. It's called mother @#$#$@# tactical radio.....we scream it over and over....to no avail....

That is why I though a toggling keyboard command would work best, you could turn it on and off or switch  AC to GV in an instant, no fumbling through the clipboard..."now where is that switch???"....
There are plenty of times I talk to GVer's or they talk to me,"fly over here kc, I'll clear your six", but when I'm flying with my squad on a fighter sweep and can't here my squadmates? Not good.
