Hammer (the same guy who put together the netaces website - taught me how to get a kill),
Badboy (who got the ideas of merge and energy management through my three dimensionally impaired skull),
Murdr (who would look over my films and teach me one tactical improvement at a time)
Slapshot (who taught me about throttle use in between mercilessly shredding my aircraft)
Daddog (who put together a squad that fit me, long before I showed up)

I don't know but I remember playing in the free arenas on AOL in AW back when I was in my early teens. For the life of me I can't remember his name, this guy's name is on the tip of my tongue, but he was gracious enough to offer to let me use his extra pay account and fly in the real arenas. I was hooked ever since.

to many to list and i hope they know who they are
the person that got me hooked back in the AW days @ 1.99 a hour ( man it got expensive) his name escapes me, Him and his wife owned a Harley shop in Reno or Las Vegas I'm thinking 89 to early 90's, would be real cool if any old AW players knew who i was talking about, it's been so long ago it's hard to remember
