I wish going to Lobby didn't hose your VOX channels

So then the question is why are you messing with your channels inside the Lobby?  And I think Oneway mentioned doing .sr wipes them also?  This doesn't happen to me though.  

In the Lobby if you change a channel from, say, All to Squad, then all the channels revert to All when you enter an arena.

As to going to lobby...if your locked out of an arena it is a place to go and PM someone...or talk on squad or for a ton of different reasons.

Its an annoying bug.

I like to go to the lobby so I can check to see where my squaddies are flying.  If they're spread out, I can't type my squad a message to get us all together in one arena,  without changing the radio channels in the lobby.  If you do that, they all reset once you get to the arenas. It is an annoyance, I'd much prefer to communicate with my squaddies from the lobby without having to log into an arena first, or having to reset every radio channel.

no need to go to lobby to seach for your squadies.  if you been in the squad for a while, you know which arena they're most likely to be.

If you must use squad channel in the lobby, what you can do is set all your channels the way you want them to be in the arenas while you're in the lobby. When you make any change to your radio channels, the entire set is carried over to the arenas from the lobby as it is.

My Last word...

This such a simple fix it should be routine in the next release...and long over due

The lobby should behave just like any other arena...and not screw with your radio channels

Why it does is beyond logical comprehension...thus it is truly a logic bug...

What purpose is served by hosing a player's radio channels because he decided to use Lobby and screwed up by not typing a "dot" when inputting to the buffer?

Less than three lines of code and this nuisance is history...in fact I bet it would amount to deleting code and not adding it....
