How do I make a bigger version.  I save the the pingplotter pic and moved it to my photobucket account.  This is what I get when I copy it to the forum.  I try to resize it but it becomes too distorted.

Hit your "print screen" button, to the left of the F12 key. Open windows paint and "paste" the picture there. Save the picture as a .jpg on your desktop and then upload it to photobucket. The screen shot should be bigger.

Last night I lost connection about every 20-30 minutes.
I am not as computer savy as the rest of the community.
What is a router? How much do they cost? Is it a necessary item to prevent being cutoff?

With all the severe weather in the U.S., it is not uncommon for connections to be a bit wonky.  The telecommunications network is in a mess right now, and will stay that way until the weather patterns stabilize again.

ya, I give up.  I have no idea on how to make the pic bigger.  I am just pissed off now
I can seem to include it as an attachment in the forum, but I one of you guys wouldn't mind I could e-mail the attachment to you.  I think you could then open it up so it is much bigger.

Email me the text version of the Ping Plotter results.  You can export the data to text and email it to me.  I'll be happy to analyze it.

Thanks so much Skuzzy.  I have sent you the e-mail. If you need more just let me know.

Cheers.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention.  Over the last couple days the game is freezing when I you Vox.  If I just listen then it is fine, but as soon as I hit the transmit button if will freeze.  Some times just a couple seconds then it starts again, but recently it just freezes and I have to reboot the computer.  Weird.
