Our philosphy is that part of the service, or perhaps disservice, depending on how you look at it, is that we put a strong effort into a fast development pace. We put things out as quickly as we can, and we squash resultant problems quickly. We also make ourselves available to our customers as much as we can. If you have suggestions on how to improve things, please feel free to voice them. As to tech support, I've only seen one email from you and it only asked whether anybody received them. I do apologize for some of the lag that happens around releases as we're usually trying to address global problems before individual ones. As to your last question, that can be done via the admin button on the main menu of the clipboard.
