HT are you listening? Having championed AH since the early beta, I am about to terminate my account because: -
1. Poor management. Why the hell isn't there a proper centralised official source for info. It would save all those questions and allow not just the few to know whats supposed to be working and how.
2. HT says he's there last night 'direct' but ignores / fails to respond when you actually try to find out anyhthing.
3. Bugs, bugs and more bugs - AH is getting a reputation. Radio VOX - not working, films - not working, map - not working. I can't even change fields in the map room, let alone in the tower.
4. No proper tech support, even via e-mail.
This venture is going to need loyalty from its customers and this is no way to retain it. Come on, you can do better. If not, another question - just how do you cancel one's account here?

Having come from AW...I'm always amazed how fast these guys work...release today, patch tomorrow. I'm not really arguing, just wondering what you base your expectations on.

As for HT in the arena...was he playing or working...if his text is light blue he's on the clock, otherwise he's just another stick.

What version were you playing and on what?

My radio works fine.

I can change fields easily from either the maproom or the notepad.

I can't comment about the films 'cause I've never used 'em.

The support AH gets from HTC is better than any other sim out there.

Take a breather.      (I shoulda done that yesterday)

Careful guys.....

I think some close inspection might find a UK troll at work here....

Similar to the now exposed MG/Macboy fiasco....  

There is a couple of prime candidates if you look real close at other boards and then "trace" this one back....

Just my opinion and I could be mistaken, but if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck....well, you know the rest of the story....

Pathetic? They have THE best flight sim game on the market. Continually updated, added to - a work in progess, and they're up front about it.
Shambles? - Look at what they have produced in the time they have produced it considering they are a TINY games development house. Companies 20 times the size take twice as long to make something 10 times crappier.
You say they don't respond? All my questions i have asked from HTC have been answered by the actual people who make the game, not some PA chump.
What about the suprise P47D??? Thats pretty damn cool!!!

What a load of bull, even if this is a troll. Go leave if that's how you feel!

There may be bugs, and imperfections, and we may whine. But the HTC team is awesome. Unbelievably friendly bunch. (Except for Pyro, who is obviously a sneaky bastage   )

So shuddap, we don't wanna hear it!

Ya know Badger what is really a shame?

They aren't satisfied with trashing everything on AGW they have to come here to do it too  

Things like this make me want to sever any ties at all with WB and AGW.  The attitude over there is just getting to much to deal with, hence the reason you started your group.

Pyro can you trace this guys and tell us if he is one of our old trollers or a whole new pain in the ass!

Sorry for my mouth folks but this kinda toejam is really starting to piss me off.

hehehe....whoa team....

Before anyone gets a rope, I think Travis deserves the benefit of the doubt, until Pyro or someone can check.  I may have just been seeing too many similarities in certain things.  

I just wanted to send up a caution flag so that everyone didn't go crazy on him for the wrong reason, until the troll potential had been checked.

Let's see what turns up....

If not a troll and for real, then here's a suggestion....

Travis...I'm not having any problems you describe, so if I can help you debug your environment on the side, send me a private e-mail and we'll take a shot at it.

I'd reserve your "nuke strike" and I'm out of here approach to problem solving until other avenues have been tried.

You ever serve in the Navy?

It's not a troll, Travis has been a subscriber for quite some time. When I was talking to him online today I was extremly bz fighting a crash bug.
