Me-262
« on: February 20, 2011, 08:45:14 PM »
I wish that the Me 262 was restricted to locked bases like the 163 as it was never intended to be used against fighters.

I also wish that the WW1 arena was a cold war arena.

If I had a gun with 3 bullets and I was locked in a room with Bin Laden, Hitler, Saddam and Zipp...  I would shoot Zipp 3 times.

Spits shooting down spits, and P51's shooting down F4U's was never intended either...it's a game, deal with it.

I also wish that the WW1 arena was a cold war arena.

:huh  what's this supposed to mean?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure then is non-sense. Particularly the model 262 we have which is the uh... A1-a or something like that.

1st: NO

2nd: Are you saying WWI arena should be removed? If you mean the Korean part of the cold war, then yes, if you mean 60s+ then no, I don't want to real a 1000 page book for each airplane.

Only people who get killed by a 262 are the ones who do not pay attention to their surroundings.

I would be of the opinion this is a wish that someone who is concerned with base taking makes.  No 262s means less horde busting in a hurry.  I don't believe this is a concern for air to air combat.

A goon driver's nightmare: A 262 in the area can effectively prevent any goon reaching town no matter how big your horde is - unless some friendly is flying a 262 too. But then, with horde often comes ENY ...  :D

Unless you up 20 goons at once, which my squad has been doing the last couple of days.

only 7 or 8 get to target, but its still really fun

I was winging a 262 with Amaze yesterday, and we ran into a bishop heavy jug then a mass goon mission. This topic is probably referring to that.
