It would be far more successful against a B-29 flown at medium to low altitudes and like real life, would struggle with a high altitude B-29 cruising at 30,000ft.  For Japanese interceptors that would stand a better chance against a B-29 at high altitudes, the Raiden would be the better choice.

Looks like a combination of a 190, La and P-47 in one.

Oh, +1

It's very small though, roughly the same size as the Bf109G-2 Trop that's parked nearby.

I would very much prefer the J2M3 and J2M5 be added rather than the overrated Ki-100.

How is the Ki-100 overrated?  Yes on J2M3 and 5.

The Ki 100 is just a Ki 61 with a radial engine.. which was installed because of availability and reliability, not because of performance.

I would like to see it added at some point simply because it was a Japanese fighter and it did see action. Its not a "almost was" or a "super ultra rare" fighter. We need more IJN and IJAAF a/c period. That being said im aware of its sometimes hyped performance (it was a bit better than a Ki-61 in a few areas but not by a wide margin).
