Latest patch. Latest sound drivers (Win7 64 bit). Was working fine prior to all of the latest patching. "T" self-tune test works. "T" vox works on other channels. I don't show up in the range listing nor does my dot highlight when F12 is pressed per other pilots. I can hear those speaking on the range channel.
It did work briefly at one point (others could here me clearly) then nothing again.
Strange indeed.

my name will show up in range in the tower but not when I fly. Last time up even typing a message on range was kaput.
