Do you feel safe in a hord?
« on: February 26, 2011, 03:50:32 PM »
Or herd as I call them. You shouldn't. Most vets can pick out the afk guy right a way. You see everyone clearing out and right there by himself is that lonesome afk guy.  :lol And probably with a buffer full of "Check Sixes".

Then you have the p51s escorting the buff. Well that's no biggie. Go for the p51, he runs and there you have it, a big ol' target all to yourself.

Sweeping generalizations, FOR THE WIN!!!

That's not generalizations that from years of experience. Today was a great example. A mega-herd came our way. I first faked an attack on  2 p51s. they dove. Then I had the buffs to my self. Took out 2 buffs before the p51s gathered their composure and re-entered.

I'm not joking in every herd there is at least one guy afk. "I'm AFK, auto." "Yell when we get there."

So you've never been shot down by a P-51, because they all run, right?

Sector, what hes saying is that if theres a "herd" as he calls them, he can tell the difficulty he will have with them, based on their reactions to his actions. in this case, the 2 P51's dove out after he faked a dive. he knew they wer simple enough, so he went for the buffs. capiche?

I feel safe killing the horde! :devil

Nothing is more fun that upping against a group trying take a base, sweeping in at over 400 mph, snatching all scalps that I take on my way  to being 6 ft under cartoon soil.

I so much enjoy that. That is flying into a hord. BTW I don't begrudge hords. I've been in them many times and enjoy missions.

I always feel safe, even in an enemy hord.

Huh... You read that differently.  I'm pretty sure he never said any of that.

Then you have the p51s escorting the buff. Well that's no biggie. Go for the p51, he runs and there you have it, a big ol' target all to yourself.

But I'll let these generalizations go...  This time... :devil

I've been training with Rud3boi. In just 2 lessons I've learned more than I have ever imagined. There is some amazing stuff to know. Still I haven't completely worked through it. I only know the next day I reversed 2 ponies right after the other and sent them home with a sore 6. Which I advised them to soak in Epsom salt.   :lol

I tell you folks though these things I say are from years of experience and not generalizations.

I have much respect for you and your squad Bar321 as well as all opponents. Shame on me if I ever do otherwise. The first conference champ in AW, Anvil said, "There is no honorable way to kill, you just do it and move to the next."
