Titanic Tuesday USE to be fun

bring back the Tuesday resets this same map "with Tank town captured" has been up for how many weeks?

It's ridiculous, it's time, change it please.

I led rooks onto the island last week and took most of it back off the Bish  (who have had it for the last month at least)

who has it now?

Maybe a "MEGAMISSION" put together by the 2 countries absent from the island to flatten all of TT and grab a base or 2 back with the new B29 is in order!  Just a thought   :devil

It would only take a little coordination and commitment, maybe a temporary treaty tween 2 countries  :)


There are spies that can help with this  :O

worst TT ever.

logged in, hardly any fights going on. found a small dar bar, upped a Spit I and found 3 planes porking ords/dar at our base. fought one of em (yay! a fight!), rearmed and headed back to their base. nothing. some squaddies came in and deacked the town. still nothing. dropped VH and hit some town buildings (not bothered about taking the base, just wanted a response). nothing. flew through 2 enemy radars to tempt someone up (now 3 sector from home). nothing. rtb, refuel and head back, still nothing. some enemy darbar! +E XVI - finally someone to fight! several turns and he dives out to attack some lower friendlies. could have reset and BnZd me, or E-fought me, or ... anything would have been good. wtg on landing your kills there hymi :rolleyes: rearmed and returned, still nothing (apart from manned guns.) flew through the enemy radars again. nothing. rtb.

1 sortie, 2h15m, 3 rearms, 1.5 fights. landed my kill and logged. :bhead

Tourist season is here and work is very busy.
Tuesday is the only night I can commit to playing and seeing the same map for well over a month now is getting boring.

I had fun last night in Titantic Tuesday.  The Arabian Knights have switched to Bishop and I got to fly my first mission with them.  Met alot of new guys, exchanged a few salutes, flew one mission, landed 6 kills and had fun.  I was happy to play, but I take responsibility for my own happiness.

There is a thousand things to do in this game.  I think if you log in with the mindset of "I'm goin to..........", and then you can't because that one thing isn't available or active, you are setting yourself up for dissappointment.

I saw several guys messaging the buffer with things like, "This again?...I'm outta here",  "HiTech needs to change this map", etc.

I dont' want to belittle your concers, it just makes me feel bad for you, but no one can "fix" it for you.

Actually they can fix it very easily...reset the map on Tuesday like they use to!

it seemed to me that the TT map was the Map thats long but played out in Orange arena
