I had the same problem with the windows key. Then i downloaded a program called "Ihatethiskey". Problem solved  :D

Pop that windows key off, save it someplace you won't lose it.

I was constantly accidentally hitting the left windows key till I popped the key off.
Now I can still tap it if I mean to, but I never accidentally do so.
