With all due respect pfactordave I started this thread with the intention of freeing dmgod from his confinement. It was not started for you to express your opinion of why he should be punished. Again with all due respect if you wish to do so there is already another thread to post a differing opinion on this topic. This is a petition drive to free dmgod.

Well in that case...

Take that!   :neener:

And be honest, you never really expected this thread to change anything.  This is just you hoping that the current "cool kids" will notice you and give you a pat on the head.

Even RL judges give lenience in some cases, especially when the defendant has been honest and candid with the court.

Based on the fact that he was the first living player to actually fess up that he did do what he did (re: switching and passing hidden cv details) and took his flogging in front of the entire community, I'd be inclined to cut the guy some slack.

I would not be so inclined with others after this.

Personally, I guess I got what I deserved and can live with it. (still wish I would have known about the consequences ahead of time)

But frankly, its my squad members I really feel sorry for.

Who's gonna sing the theme song to Mr. ED for them while we do a clown car mission, Falconwing?

I think not, he doesn't have the "vibrato" for it, AND he's a little "pitchy".

You never know what you cant do until you do it since there are no rules or at least wasn't concerning that topic, terrible idea to punish him after the fact that the man said he did.
Until the next unwritten rule that will be broken.....  :ahand
