Quote from Pfactordave "And be honest, you never really expected this thread to change anything.  This is just you hoping that the current "cool kids" will notice you and give you a pat on the head.
[/quote]"

Quite the contrary Dave. This petition has already started the wheels of justice turning. Hitech has already been in contact with DMgods representatives and a luncheon is scheduled to discuss his conditional release. Several aspects of said release will be discussed. Among the topics:

1) Does Dmgod have to have the Justin Beiber haircut in order to be released form his mute gulag?
2) Will Shawk forsake the mullet for the Justin beiber haircut to support DMGOD?
3) Will Rhino need to wear a helmet to prevent said "cool" kids from messing up his Justin Beiber haircut when receiving all these pats on the head?
4) Is there an immediate obsession wIth Justin Beiber haircuts with AH players?
5) Is pfactordave really Justin Beiber?

Free him. If the CV thing is truly the reason, it is not only overkill, it is flat out inane to do it when he actually admitted to it. Maybe that's why? He played like a soldier, spied and got intel, but then gave it up under the hot lights?  ;)

Seriously though, it's a game for God's sake. Who cares if someone calls out CV locations? If he is muted, I will never realize that I am not the "real Jeep". That just won't do.

To establish peace throughout the chess piece world I hereby begin the circulation of the following petition to free DMGOD from the mute gulag to which Hitech has sent him. Under said conditional release DMGOD will be placed under in-game supervision of the Drunken Monkeys. Please sign the petition for the betterment of the gaming community. He is sorely missed and im not saying where its sore..........

Dunno what he did or even if he deserves it.

But I say the same thing I say when called to jury duty and asked the first question during the selection process.

String him up!

But Im kinda sadistic that way  :D

no

Is he muted for now or forever?
If it's a few weeks than keep him muted, if it's forever than it should be reduced to a few weeks.

There is no freedom of speech in AH.

Try making a post about politics and see how your freedom of speed works.

With all due respect pfactordave I started this thread with the intention of freeing dmgod from his confinement. It was not started for you to express your opinion of why he should be punished. Again with all due respect if you wish to do so there is already another thread to post a differing opinion on this topic. This is a petition drive to free dmgod.

Stupid petition and not surprised by those who support his "release".  If he didn't break the rules, he wouldn't have been muted, it's as simple as that.

inb4 people start trying to make points that said rules are unwritten.

EDIT:

Don't do it!!

Ignorance of the unwritten law is no excuse!! :old:

You never know what you cant do until you do it since there are no rules or at least wasn't concerning that topic, terrible idea to punish him after the fact that the man said he did.
Until the next unwritten rule that will be broken.....  :ahand

Too late  :(
