She added, "Just 10 minutes of staring at the charms of a well-endowed female, is roughly equivalent to a 30-minute aerobics work-out."

I have no idea if this is true or not but DAMN! I am running this by my wife as an alterative to a membership at a health club. Much cheaper...I'm excited!
