Making map problem
« on: March 08, 2011, 06:18:18 PM »
After making changes, adding some land, water, etc, when I try to make a new map the changes do not show.

What am I doing wrong?

OK I'll be back home this weekend and see if we can't figure it out.

Unless someone else does before then.

I believe this is related to this ground clutter issue.
http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/index.php/topic,307645.0.html

It just bugs me because I'm not going to be able to get an accurate CBM if all the ground clutter continues to show.

EDIT:

Ok, here is whats happening. If I draw new land over water it will clearly show when I remake the map, If I should draw new water over land it will not show in a remade map. The land that had been turned into water still shows.

Any one know a way around this?

The land where you drew water back over, did you have it painted with grass, or any of the other tile sets?
If so that could be the problem. Under the terrain tab select the "Deep Ocean" tile and draw that and it should
fix that issue.
