Arena switch

Is it possible "on the weekends" to postpone the switch to "late hours arena" for a couple hours? The switch seems to have the worst timing and always results in 'GOOD FIGHTS" being ended to soon!

It would be nice everyday!! But weekend would something!

It seems like the switch times could use a little reworking.  I wouldn't postpone the switch you're discussing though, that'll only displace more players as the US is just entering prime-time.  I could understand a little earlier maybe.

I think the switch to "off-hours" should also be pushed back.  It's rarely an issue for me, but for those on the west coast, switching at 11:00PM seems too early.

west coast time here, i hate the 11pm closing theres always good fights going then the switch to LWOH happens, i just log off

If X + Y < Z then close the arenas and open the off hours arena.

The arena switch thing works pretty darned well.

You get 5 mins of warning in the text buffer and even while in a tough scrap sticks out like a sore thumb, so it's working.

There are "great fights" most all daylight hours USA time and kick into gear 5 PM East coast time (when the arena change happens) and plugs along well after USA Prime Time.

Think of it as being on the bus until you have to get off and change busses for the next destination.

It's also nothing persoanally against your "great fight"--it happens to everybody in LW Off Hour Arena.

I don't think it would be a good idea to have the arena switch based on momentary numbers. That would mean you would never know when the actual switch is going to happen as population is varying from day to day.
And IMHO a dependable schedule is very important. For example it would suck for a bomber guy being caught by the announcement while deep in enemy territory, because today the switch happens to be one hour earlier.
